(AP) -- Another slow start could doom Wisconsin this time, but the defense looks more than capable of bailing its teammates out again.
In search of a complete offensive performance in their Big Ten opener, the No. 17 Badgers look to push their winning streak to four Saturday against Northwestern with a rare victory in Evanston.
Wisconsin has won three straight since opening the season with a 28-24 loss to then-No. 13 LSU on Aug 30. However, the Badgers were plagued by incredibly slow starts in two of their victories, leading Western Illinois 9-3 at halftime the next week before pulling away for a 37-3 victory.
